Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of clientintelligenceagency.com, sia.clientintelligenceagency.com, and the Client Intelligence Audit, Signals, and Strategic Intelligence Assessment offered through them (together, the "Services"), operated by Client Intelligence Agency ("CIA," "we," "us"), a business owned by Catharine O'Leary. By using the Services or booking the Assessment, you agree to these terms.
1. The Services
clientintelligenceagency.com provides informational content, the free Client Intelligence Audit, and the Signals newsletter. No purchase or payment is required to use them. The Strategic Intelligence Assessment is a paid, 90-minute working session with Catharine O'Leary, booked and paid for through sia.clientintelligenceagency.com. If, at the end of the Assessment, both sides see a fit for further work, CIA may recommend Strategic Intelligence Core, the Strategic Intelligence Operating System, or the Strategic Intelligence Advisory. The $1,000 Assessment fee is credited in full toward that engagement if you move forward.
The Services are intended for business owners and leaders purchasing for business purposes. By booking the Assessment or any other paid engagement, you confirm you are doing so for your business, not as a consumer acting for personal, family, or household purposes.
2. Booking and payment
The Assessment must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Once payment is confirmed, you will be directed to schedule your session through Calendly.
3. Cancellations and refunds
All Assessment payments are final. We do not offer refunds. If you need to reschedule your session, contact us as soon as possible at catharine@catharineoleary.com. Rescheduling is granted at CIA's discretion and is not guaranteed.
4. No professional advice
The Services are educational and advisory. They are not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and no specific business results are promised or guaranteed. Your results depend on your own business, decisions, and circumstances.
5. Intellectual property
The frameworks, materials, and content CIA provides, including the Strategic Intelligence Framework and any materials shared during or after the Assessment, remain the intellectual property of CIA. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent them as your own.
6. Third-party services
Stripe, Calendly, and Supabase are independent providers CIA uses to operate the Services. CIA is not responsible for their availability, security incidents, or their own practices beyond what is disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, update, or retire content, or modify or discontinue the Services, at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to scrape or republish content, registering with false information, or interfering with how the Services operate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIA and Catharine O'Leary are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
